Our designs are made in accordance with the Eurocode specification.
Wind load calculation is made according to EN 1991-1-4, Snow load calculation is made according to EN 1991-1-3 standards.
Welded fabrications comply with our authorization certificate EN 1090-2 and EN 3834 standards.
The steel materials to be used are EN 10204 – 3.1 certified.

So what does our R&D team do?
We have created a hybrid modular system that can be applied to earthquake zones by combining the traditional modular system and the steel core system.
We are working on a new system that will increase the column load carrying capacity of the modular structure system by 35%. While conventional modular buildings can go up to 3 floors at the most, we will be able to build at 6 or more floors with this new design. In this way, we completely prevent internal corrosion as well. At the same time, we are developing this new system in such a way that we can also build in coastal areas with high wind loads. We continue to work on to lighten of the whole system with an innovative self-supporting composite floor without steel support. Thanks to the R&D we have done, the desired buildings with the modular system can be built at the desired height and anywhere in the world.
